These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement that applies to the use of the dkwen platform and all its services. By accessing the dkwen website, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to the full contents of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on dkwen. Creating multiple accounts — for the same person or the same household — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

Information required for registration:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Active email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred username and password
• Mobile number linked to the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay)

dkwen reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any balance if false or misleading information is provided at the time of account registration.

Bonuses and Promotions

dkwen offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the bonus offer description.

Welcome bonus:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) — meaning the total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal.
• Each user may claim the bonus only once.

General bonus terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulating the system to gain bonus advantages is prohibited.
• dkwen reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Two bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• dkwen's decision is final in resolving any dispute related to bonuses.

Gaming Rules

All games on dkwen are operated on the basis of fair play policies. General gaming rules are provided below:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when launching the game.
• If a technical error or disconnection causes an issue with a game result, dkwen will review the game log and provide a resolution.
• Playing games or placing bets using auto-betting bots or any other automated software is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Playing games or placing bets using bots or automated software.

• Harassing, threatening or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Collusion or coordinated manipulation to gain bonus advantages as a group.
• Unauthorized use or imitation of dkwen's intellectual property.

Service Suspension and Termination

dkwen reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following cases:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Disrespectful behavior toward other users or staff.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.

Users may also contact the support team at any time to request closure of their account. Any valid balance at the time of account cancellation will be refunded, however any bonus-related portion may be forfeited.

Terms & Conditions Changes

dkwen reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For any significant changes:

• The date of the change will be noted at the top of this page as "Last Updated".
• A notification may be sent to your registered email.
• Continuing to use the platform after the changes will be considered your agreement to the new terms and conditions.
